Hey everyone, My name is Kyle Thompson and I am here to tell you all about myself and how God has worked in my life.

I always have been a small town boy, have lived in Texas my whole live, and have always had a passion for music. My dad loves country music and my mom has always been the rocker mom who you see driving down the road jamming out to led zepplin. So pretty much you all could say I have heard it all. Singing was a thing that I had done in the shower, when noone was home, or thought noone was home :) until I get a knock on the door saying quiet down. It was my Junior year of highschool whenever worship leader, Arther Rhodes asked the youth if anyone could sing. So I slowly raised my hand that Wednesday night before church. I sang Hanging By A Moment by Lifehouse and I knew that after that, my whole life would change. I have been in church my whole life but that day God said "It is time to do something a little different than just coming to church. Come to church and show these kids how to worship Me." and thats what God has allowed me to do.

With WWC, Josh Brown asked me to come to one of their practices. Luckily I learned all of the songs from a cd that he had given me a couple of weeks before. I listened to it constantly, on my way to work, on my way to college. It was, for example, a cd that you couldn't take out of your cd player. Thats what it felt like but I was determined to learn the songs because I knew God had something in store for me but I couldn't see it yet :) Now I am starting too :) God has opened my eyes to something new and exciting and it is such a blessing.

God has used me as his hands and feet and I never thought I would be in this situation of worshipping on Wednesday nights and starting a new chapter in my walk with God with WWC. I thank God everyday for the blessings He pours out. Of course I fall short with my walk sometimes but as the Word says, "All have fallen short from the Glory of God" If we trust in the Lord Almighty, He will bring us happiness and peace that noone can or ever will imagine. I have learned when you fall, God will pick you up or even carry you if He has to, to make sure that you can always run to him when you need someone.
